Atlas Birth Packages:

Gold Package

  • 4 hours of in-home prenatal planning (what to expect, physiology of birth, postpartum planning, newborn education and care information etc)

  • Unlimited emotional, physical and psychosocial support throughout your entire birth experience

  • 2-4 hours of in-home postpartum support as needed

  • 24/7 phone and email support through out the 4 week on-call period (2 weeks prior, 2 weeks post birth)

This is Atlas Birth’s most comprehensive package which includes four hours of prenatal planning to help prepare you and your partner for birth and postpartum. In these meetings we go over your expectations for the birth as well as build out your flexible birth plan. We make sure you’re covered in terms of resources and support once baby arrives with everything from pre/post natal massage, acupuncture, milk donation and mothers groups (basically any resources you need we will help connect you!)

Once you begin labor your doula will be on call for your birth and in attendance as physical and emotional support for you- wherever your delivery journey takes you- whether you decide to deliver at home, at a birthing center or at a local hospital. We also offer intermittent photography through out your experience upon request.

This package also includes four hours of postpartum support to provide lactation and newborn care, PMAD assessment and discussion as well as some light household work and cooking your new family a healthy meal.

In these sessions-along with making sure you have everything you need- we debrief the birth together, holding space for you as you discuss and emotionally process your birth experience.

This package also offers 24/7 access to your Doula through out the 8 week on-call period (4 weeks prior, 4 weeks post birth).

Silver Package


  • 2 hours of in-home prenatal planning

  • 1-2 hours of in-home postpartum support

  • 24/7 phone and email support through out the 4 week on-call period (2 weeks prior, 2 weeks post birth)

    This package is an abbreviated version of our Level 2 package and is a wonderful option for those who are familiar with the birthing experience but would still like some additional love and support throughout.

PostPartum Doula Services:


Postpartum services can be added a la carte to your birth doula plan as desired or offered as a separate service entirely.

As your postpartum doula you’ll receive help at an hourly rate in:


  • Postpartum recovery care guidance

  • Establishing routines

  • Organizing the nursery

  • Sibling education and transition (please also see Sibling Support Services below)

  • Assessing the needs of your family

  • Providing recommendations and referrals

  • Newborn education and care

  • Answers to all your newborn questions

  • Breastfeeding counseling and help with basic feeding support

  • Hands-on help to learn techniques that soothe your newborn

  • Understanding your postpartum body, and how to set up for recovery

  • In-person tutorials on all the baby gear you bought

  • Help setting up household systems for smooth transitions

  • Light household chores and cooking

  • OVERNIGHT SLEEP RELIEF

  • Care of older siblings

  • Creating shopping lists

  • Food shopping

  • Meal preparation


    Hour Minimum per visit: 


  • Daytime: minimum of 4 hours. $50/hr

  • Overnight: minimum of 8-10 hours. $55/hr




    Sibling Doula Support

    I am a mother of two young children and have seven years experience in early child education with my degree in Human Services from Western Washington University’s Woodring College of Education, one of the best teaching colleges in the nation. I would be honored to help support you littles as you add a new member to your family.

  • Meet with your child(ren) several times before birth

  • Help them understand what to expect

  • Depending on age, read books together about welcoming a sibling into the family.

  • Show them pictures of the baby developing in the womb

  • If you like, show them videos of a baby being born to prepare them and gauge their reactions

  • During the birth, explain what’s going happening in a way they will understand

  • Take them to the waiting room or elsewhere if they are feeling overwhelmed or frightened

  • Reconnect with all of you postpartum to see how everyone is navigating the new addition to the family and to brainstorm strategies

    $50 per hour a la carte or a $1000 package which includes 1 prenatal session with parent and child and to be on call for you 3 weeks prior and 3 weeks post birth. This fee is sliding scale and flexible based on other packages utilized.






    Miscarriage, Pregnancy Loss and Abortion Support
